Our Day-of Technical Event Producer service provides structured technical oversight from planning through live execution.

We begin with a pre-event alignment meeting to review your agenda, speakers, venue logistics, and production requirements. From there, we build and refine the run of show to match program timing, transitions, cues, and content delivery.

Prior to doors opening, we coordinate with venue and AV teams, confirm equipment and signal flow, and lead technical rehearsals with presenters. For events that include streaming, we conduct a dedicated live run-through to verify audio routing, video framing, playback, and platform readiness.

On event day, we call the show. We manage cues, transitions, FOH communication, and coordination across audio, lighting, video, and stage teams. We serve as the central technical decision-maker to keep the program controlled, on time, and aligned with plan.
