Our Day-of Technical Event Producer manages the live execution of the event. We coordinate with the AV team, venue staff, and vendors, run technical rehearsals, call cues, and maintain communication across the production team throughout the program. During the event we monitor the and call the cues, adjust timing when and as needed, and resolve technical issues in real time so the production stays on schedule and the program runs cleanly from the first cue through strike.
