A Technical Event Producer oversees the planning and execution of the technical side of an event. This includes audiovisual production, livestreaming, lighting, sound, show flow, and coordination between vendors, speakers, and venue teams.

At Tree-Fan Events, we bring more than 20 years of experience producing in-person events and managing the technical environments that support them. Our role is to guide the process, coordinate the teams, and ensure the event runs smoothly from rehearsal through showtime.
