Editing covers intros, outros and ad segments, audio cleanup, filler-word removal, video transitions, lower thirds and captions checked word for word. Full production adds guest booking, episode descriptions with chapters and timestamps, transcripts, artwork, short clips for social, and scheduling on Spotify, RSS and YouTube.

Yes. We record in person with one to three cameras, including at conferences and events, and we travel for shoots. Remote recordings work too, on Zoom, Teams, Riverside or StreamYard.

Projects run from $250 to $5,500. Simple editing of a recording you made is at the low end. In-person recording with a three-camera setup is at the high end. Editing is priced on the length of your recording, because we listen to every minute in real time, edit it by hand and check the captions word for word. You get a quote after a 20-minute call.

About 1 to 2 weeks after you upload the recording. We record in batches when possible.

Your recording, uploaded to a shared Drive folder we set up with you, and your podcast's assets: intro, outro, ads and bumpers. If you don't have those yet, we can produce them.

We track every step in a Notion database, and you get a notification each time your episode reaches a new stage. You get one review, then we deliver the final files to your Drive or podcast host.

Yes, as an optional add-on. A producer joins the video call while you record, for up to 75 minutes. In-person direction on location is also available.
