Listen
We start by understanding the event: agenda, audience, venue, technical needs, partners, timeline, and production goals. This allows us to align the technical plan with the overall event strategy.
Plan
We translate the agenda into a clear production plan. This includes building the run of show, coordinating AV vendors and partners, defining technical requirements, scheduling rehearsals, and preparing all production documentation.
Execute
On event day we run the show. We call cues, manage technical teams, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure the production plan is executed exactly as designed.
